This notice explains how Alatqan Almtkamil Technologies (“we”, “us”) processes personal data submitted through this website and Progressive Web App, with reference to principles aligned with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and good practice for GCC audiences.

What we collect

When you submit a service request, we collect your name, email, phone number, preferred contact method, company name (optional), project details, and any files you attach.

Why we process it

We process this information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate the requested service, and communicate with you via your preferred channel. The legal basis is your consent (checkbox on the form) and/or steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.

How we store and retain it

In Phase 1, submissions are delivered by email to our operations inbox (hello@atqanmt.com) and an acknowledgment is sent to you. We do not operate a separate ticket database on this app. Emails are retained according to our internal mailbox retention practices and as needed for the business relationship.

Sharing

We use a transactional email provider to send messages. We do not sell your personal data. Delivery partners (including India-based engineering collaborators such as Lumyx, where engaged) may receive relevant project details solely to fulfill your request under our direction.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent for further contact, by emailing hello@atqanmt.com.
